A Sales Consultant, with us, involves:
  • Being based at one of our Victorian showroom locations as part of high-performing team with the objective of consulting and educating our customers on the best kitchen, bathroom and laundry products for their specific needs and wants.
  • Facilitating the on-going customer journey from quotation through to the point of sale, keeping your finger on the pulse of the order delivery, installation, and following-up to ensure the customer is satisfied and well supported. At e&s, our customers are for life.
  • Working a five-day week as part of a seven-day trading roster, with no late-night opening hours.
  • Working three out of four weekends to accommodate customer demand and maximise your earning potential.
  • An individual who can connect with people by relating, asking the right questions, listening, and seeking to understand needs and wants.
  • Experience in a customer-driven environment assessing needs, consulting with customers and making educated recommendations of appropriate products or services. Some of our best Sales Consultants have come from backgrounds such as Real Estate, Automotive and Travel, to name a few.
  • Proven workflow and self-management capability including time management, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills.
  • A team-orientated mindset and approach.
