About The Role: 
As our Web Developer with GHL Experience, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining websites or web applications. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency and creative problem-solving to create functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites. You will work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure that the website meets the needs of the business and provides a seamless user experience. 
   
Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include: 

• Website Creation: Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications based on client specifications and business needs. 
• Front-End Development: Write clean, efficient code for the user-facing portion of websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). 
• Back-End Development: Develop and manage server-side code using languages like PHP, Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java, integrating with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. 
• Full-Stack Development: Manage both front-end and back-end development to create fully integrated, dynamic websites or applications. 
• Responsive Design: Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for different screen sizes and devices using responsive design techniques. 
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize website speed, performance, and scalability, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences. 
• SEO Best Practices: Implement SEO strategies by optimizing code, metadata, and content structure to improve search engine ranking and visibility. 
• Security: Implement security measures to safeguard websites and web applications against vulnerabilities (e.g., SSL certificates, data encryption). 
• Bug Fixing: Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, technical issues, or user-reported problems quickly to ensure the website functions seamlessly. 
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure the website or application aligns with brand objectives and user needs. 
• Client Communication: Communicate directly with clients (if applicable) to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure that expectations are met. 
• Version Control: Use version control systems like Git to manage codebase and collaborate with other developers. 
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing of websites and applications across multiple browsers and devices to ensure compatibility, functionality, and performance. 
• Debugging & Refactoring: Continuously refine and improve existing code to enhance performance, maintainability, and user experience. 
• User Feedback: Implement changes and improvements based on user feedback, analytical data, and performance testing. 

Qualifications: 

• Strong experience in web development, with a strong portfolio of live websites or web applications. 
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js). 
• Experience with server-side languages like PHP, Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java. 
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). 
• Proficient with Git and GitHub/Bitbucket for version control. 
• Knowledge of frameworks like Bootstrap or CSS Grid for building responsive layouts. 
• Experience with popular content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. 
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how to implement them within web development. 
• Knowledge with tools like Google PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix for website performance analysis. 
• Must be resourceful, disciplined, adaptable, problem-solver, self-motivated, and great time management skills, proactive and communicative
