About The Role: 
As our SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for improving the visibility and ranking of websites on search engines like Google. This role involves conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, analyzing web traffic, and implementing strategies to enhance organic search rankings. The SEO Specialist plays a key role in driving targeted traffic to websites, increasing brand awareness, and improving the overall online presence of the business. 
  
Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include: 
  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement SEO strategies for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve rankings and drive organic traffic. 
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' websites and SEO strategies to identify opportunities and gaps in the market. 
  • Content Optimization: Optimize website content, including headings, meta tags, images, and internal linking, to align with targeted keywords and improve search engine visibility. 
  • Landing Page Optimization: Optimize landing pages for conversion and engagement while ensuring they align with SEO best practices. 
  • Site Structure & Navigation: Ensure that website structure, URL architecture, and internal linking are optimized for both search engines and user experience. 
  • Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites. 
  • Local SEO: Optimize local search presence, including Google My Business listings, local citations, and local backlinks to improve visibility for location-based searches. 
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with content teams to create shareable content that attracts backlinks and boosts organic reach. 
  • Page Speed Optimization: Work with developers to improve website loading times, ensuring the site is fast and optimized for a positive user experience. 
  • Structured Data: Implement schema markup to help search engines better understand and index website content. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track website traffic, keyword rankings, and overall, SEO performance. 
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including keyword ranking changes, traffic improvements, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Stay Updated on SEO Trends: Continuously research the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure that strategies are always up-to-date and aligned with current SEO standards. 
Qualifications: 
  • Strong and proven experience in SEO, preferably in both on-page and off-page optimization, with proven results in improving search rankings and driving traffic. 
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical SEO issues. 
  • Experience in optimizing content for SEO, including keyword research, content creation, and blog management. 
  • Ability to analyze SEO performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance SEO strategies, must be disciplined, resourceful, keen to details, adaptable, and self-motivated 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating content and reporting on SEO performance to stakeholders.
