About The Role: 
As our Operations and Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role involves coordinating teams, optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will work across departments to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and continuous improvement in project execution. 
   
Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include: 
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with business goals. 
  • Scope Definition & Planning: Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, and risk management strategies. 
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and ensure collaboration to achieve project milestones and deadlines. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas of inefficiency, streamline operations, and implement best practices to enhance productivity. 
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources (personnel, tools, budget) effectively to ensure smooth project execution. 
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage any issues that arise during execution. 
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project updates, performance reports, and operational metrics to stakeholders. 
  • Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, HR, IT) to ensure alignment with operational and project goals. 
  • Vendor and Client Management: Liaise with external vendors or clients, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and that any issues are resolved promptly. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project updates, performance reports, and addressing any concerns. 
Qualifications: 
  • Strong and proven experience in operations or project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and operations. 
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams). 
  • Strong ability to address challenges and find solutions that keep projects on track. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction and team coordination. 
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Must have a great leadership and management skill, disciplined, great analytical and strategic skills, and must be adaptable to changes and a fast learner, drive the team to success and results
