About The Role:
 
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies remotely. They manage a variety of marketing initiatives, including content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams to achieve marketing objectives. 
   
Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include: 
  • Campaign Development: Create, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels like social media, email, SEO, content marketing, and paid ads. 
  • Strategy Planning: Develop marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. 
  • Content Creation & Oversight: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, videos, and emails, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals. 
  • Analytics & Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing efforts. 
  • Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve performance and achieve marketing goals. 
  • Collaboration: Work with virtual teams, including content creators, designers, and external agencies, to execute marketing plans and deliver on-time results. 
  • Client Interaction: Regularly communicate with clients (if applicable) to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure alignment with their marketing goals. 
  • Budget Allocation: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and staying within budgetary constraints. 
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, such as ad platforms, content creators, and agencies.
Qualifications: 
  • Strong and proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear messaging and reporting. 
  • Ability to interpret data and adjust marketing strategies for better results and analyze data, measure KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. 
  • Must be able to manage a remote team, a self-starter, detail oriented, creative and innovative, disciplined, and great leadership and management and drive the team for results
