About The Role:
 
As our IT Support, you will be responsible for remote technical support to clients or employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. You will offer assistance through various communication channels, such as email, phone, and live chat, and ensure smooth IT operations by diagnosing and resolving technical problems efficiently. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to support a wide range of IT systems and platforms remotely. 
   
Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include: 
  • Technical Support: Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. 
  • Issue Diagnosis & Resolution: Identify technical issues, escalate complex problems when necessary, and guide users through resolutions. 
  • System Maintenance: Assist with system updates, software installations, and patches, ensuring systems remain secure and up-to-date. 
  • Remote Monitoring: Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations, to ensure optimal performance. 
  • User Training: Educate users on proper use of IT systems, software, and security best practices. 
  • Help Desk Support: Provide timely and efficient remote support for users encountering issues with hardware, software, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and network configurations. 
  • Issue Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve IT issues via phone, email, or chat, assisting users with connectivity problems, software malfunctions, system errors, and general IT inquiries. 
Qualifications: 
  • Strong and proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related technical roles. 
  • Proficiency with Windows, MacOS, and common software tools. Familiarity with remote support tools like Anydesk, TeamViewer and Zoom or any similar tools. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT problems remotely. 
  • Must be communicative, proactive, disciplined, and have great interpersonal skill.
