About The Role:
 
As our E-Commerce specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms to drive traffic, increase conversions, and improve overall e-commerce performance. You will work on across various digital channels (e.g., website, social media, online marketplaces) to develop and execute strategies that maximize revenue and enhance customer experience. The role involves analyzing sales data, managing product listings, and coordinating digital marketing efforts to boost visibility and sales. 
   
Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include: 
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce website or online store, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO). 
  • Create and maintain compelling product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications to attract customers and drive sales. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost, implementing strategies to improve them. 
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns across email, social media, search engines (SEO/SEM), and display ads. 
  • Enhance the user experience by ensuring the website is user-friendly, fast, and mobile-optimized. Handle customer feedback and ensure timely order fulfillment. 
  • Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust product offerings and marketing strategies. 
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify analytics) to track sales performance, traffic sources, and customer behavior, providing regular reports to management. 
  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to maintain stock levels, manage product availability, and avoid stockouts.
Qualifications: 
  • Strong and proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or any related field. 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and other e-commerce software. 
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or Amazon. 
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. 
  • Strong ability to analyze sales data and website performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines. 
  • Comfortable with content management systems (CMS), basic HTML/CSS, and e-commerce tools. 
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and the ability to implement strategies that enhance the customer journey.
