About The Role: 
As our Architect, you will be responsible for leveraging digital tools and technologies to design, plan, and visualize building structures remotely. This role involves creating detailed architectural designs, floor plans, and 3D models using specialized software, while collaborating with clients and project teams online. Virtual Architects ensures designs meet regulatory standards, budget constraints, and client expectations, all while managing projects virtually through digital communication platforms. 
   
Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include: 

• Develop and present architectural designs, including floor plans and 3D models, using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. 
• Communicate with clients remotely to understand their needs, provide updates, and refine designs according to feedback. 
• Manage design processes, schedules, and budgets virtually, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals via digital tools. 
• Create virtual walkthroughs and renderings to help clients visualize the final product before construction begins. 
• Research, programs, plans, designs, & administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning & building codes, & building materials & systems.  
• Produces conceptual plans, renderings, & documents.  
• Plans & programs layout of project(s); coordinates & integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review & approval.  
• Utilizes computer-assisted design software & equipment to prepare project designs & plans.  
• Work with the Project Manager who may direct, supervise, & check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings & specification documents for the conceptual design phase, schematic design phase, and /or the detailed design phase of a project.    

   
Qualifications: 

• Strong and proven experience in construction or architecture firms  
• Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems & site requirements  
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D Modeling Tools and Microsoft Office suite is required 
• Strong communication skills, disciplined, proactive, great time management skills and the ability to manage virtual collaborations effectively.
