Our client is a successful USA appartment complex business entreprenuer.
 
At present we are looking for x2 cold callers to call off a property owners list given on an excel spreadsheet and generate business for the client.
 
Your main assignment responsibilities will include:
- Cold calling off a list given in a specific location (city)
- Script given, but subject to improvements along the way depending on results
- Generating new leads speaking to property owner
- In future set KPIs for calls vs conversions
- Second part once business is generated will be engaging with tenants and owners to  support the tenancy agreement and needs
- Customer service at all times
 
You must have EXCELLENT ENLGLSH and experience in calling reat estate clients.
