Campaign Coordinator

The Opportunity

The Campaign Coordinator will support the Campaign Manager in the planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns that drive member acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility nationally. This role assists across key campaign streams including new club launches, refurbishments, existing club activity, and “always-on” paid media, working collaboratively with internal teams and external agency partners.

What you'll be doing?

Campaign Support & Coordination

  • Assist the Campaign Manager with the development and maintenance of the campaign calendar, ensuring key dates, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and up to date.
  • Support the preparation of campaign briefs by collating relevant information, assets, and background data as directed.
  • Help coordinate internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
  • Manage the website setup for campaigns, including basic landing page set ups and updates.
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of our SEO. 
Execution & Asset Management
 
  • Support the end-to-end execution of campaigns across digital, in-gym, and owned channels.
  • Manage the quality assurance (QA) checks on creative, media, and tracking elements prior to campaign launch.
  • Coordinate the distribution of campaign materials and internal communications to prepare teams across the business for campaign launches.
  • Manage and organise campaign assets, ensuring files are correctly named, stored, and accessible for relevant stakeholders.
Campaign Monitoring & Reporting 
 
  • Assist with monitoring campaign performance across channels, flagging any anomalies or issues to the Campaign Manager.
  • Help compile performance data and contribute to regular campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis.
  • Support the maintenance of a test-and-learn tracker to capture key insights and learnings across campaigns.
Performance & Reporting 
 
  • Maintain and update campaign trackers, timelines, and status documents.
  • Assist with budget tracking by recording invoices, purchase orders, and expenditure.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Creative, Content, Operations, and IT to support seamless campaign execution.
About You 
 
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related discipline is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing, campaign coordination, or agency support role.
  • Exposure to campaign execution across digital, paid media, or multi-channel environments.
  • Experience coordinating projects or workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good written communication skills, including the ability to draft and proof content.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools or platforms (e.g. CMS, project management tools) is an advantage
