The Opportunity

As our HR Advisor, you'll work closely with leaders across the business to provide practical people advice, drive compliance and governance, and deliver consistent employee experiences across the full lifecycle. Whether you're coaching leaders through complex people matters, improving processes, or supporting learning and development initiatives, you'll help ensure we continue to raise the bar while staying true to who we are.

What you'll do

Employment Compliance & Governance
  • Review and maintain employment policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure legislative compliance
  • Monitor changes to employment legislation and modern awards, providing recommendations and supporting implementation
  • Advise leaders on compliant, consistent employment practices aligned with Revo standards
  • Escalate emerging employment risks and provide practical recommendations for resolution
Employee Relations & Advisory
  • Provide timely, practical HR advice across a broad range of employee relations matters
  • Support leaders in managing performance, conduct, grievances, and workplace conflict
  • Assist with workplace investigations, including documentation and facilitating outcomes
  • Coach leaders on people management practices, policies, and procedures
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including probation reviews, contract changes, and terminations
Learning & Capability
  • Support the administration and continuous improvement of learning systems and compliance training
  • Monitor training completion and compliance requirements, ensuring accurate reporting
  • Identify capability gaps and support learning initiatives across the business
HR Systems & Data
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support data integrity across all HR systems
  • Prepare reports and data insights to support decision making
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and ways of working
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in a generalist HR role
  • Experience conducting or supporting workplace investigations, supporting performance management, disciplinary, and termination processes
  • Experience reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to respond to legislative change.
  • Strong business acumen with a fair, best-practice approach to people matters
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing demands under pressure
  • Solutions-focused mindset with a drive for clear outcomes in a fast-paced environment
