The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a
Designer to help bring the Revo Fitness brand to life across our growing national network of gyms. Reporting to the Design Manager, you’ll support the delivery of architectural, interior, graphic, and signage design solutions that create exceptional experiences for our members.
Working across new club developments, refurbishments, and in-gym communications, you'll play a key role in transforming creative concepts into functional, engaging, and on-brand environments. This is a hands-on role that will see you collaborating with internal stakeholders, consultants, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard while balancing creativity, practicality, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: - Design Delivery: Develop spatial, graphic, and signage design solutions that align with the Revo Fitness brand and enhance the member experience.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, technical documentation, and design packages across architecture, interiors, and in-gym communications.
- Project Support: Assist in the delivery of design projects from concept through to construction while meeting timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Project Management, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to deliver cohesive and effective design outcomes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout project delivery.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement: Participate in design reviews, maintain documentation standards, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Revo's design systems and processes.
Essential Skills and Experience: - Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in architecture, interior design, or multidisciplinary design roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial and graphic design capability, ideally within commercial, hospitality, or retail environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of relevant building compliance requirements, including BCA and NCC standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
