The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a
Draftsperson to join our Design & Development team and support the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and on-brand fitness environments across Australia.
Reporting to the Design Manager, you’ll play a key role in preparing and maintaining detailed drawing packages for building approvals, tenders, and construction, while supporting the ongoing development of Revo Fitness' design standards and BIM assets. Working closely with Designers, Project Managers, consultants, and contractors, you'll help ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently across our growing national portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: - Documentation Delivery: Prepare and maintain detailed drawing packages, construction documentation, schedules, and project deliverables using Revit and associated software.
- Design Support: Assist the Design Manager in developing concepts through to detailed documentation while ensuring compliance, functionality, and brand consistency.
- Project Coordination: Support permit applications, RFIs, tender documentation, consultant coordination, and construction phase documentation.
- Quality & Standards: Maintain BIM assets, documentation standards, and drawing consistency across multiple projects and locations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve club layouts, spatial planning, material selections, and overall member experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Project Management, Operations, Fitness & Product teams, consultants, and contractors to maintain design intent throughout project delivery.
Essential Skills and Experience: - Tertiary qualifications in Technical Drafting, Architecture, Building Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Draftsperson role, ideally within commercial, retail, hospitality, or multi-site development environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Proven experience producing high-quality construction documentation, tender packages, schedules, and supporting project documentation.
- Strong understanding of NCC/BCA requirements, Australian Standards, and consultant coordination across multiple disciplines.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
