Vending Coordinator

The Opportunity

We're seeking a full-time Vending Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing vending network. Reporting to the National Vending Manager, this role will provide leadership and support to our Vending Machine Filler (VMF) team while overseeing inventory management, vending operations, machine performance, and activations across the business.
Based at our new Cockburn Warehouse, you'll play a key role in ensuring our vending operations run efficiently, stock is managed effectively, and our VMF team is equipped for success. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, and develop the Vending Machine Filler (VMF) team through onboarding, training, regular coaching, and performance management.
  • Coordinate and optimise VMF route scheduling, resources, and daily operations to maximise efficiency and service delivery.
  • Oversee stock management across the vending supply chain, including supplier ordering, warehouse receival, inventory control, and machine replenishment.
  • Manage warehouse inventory systems and lead end-of-month and spot-check stocktakes, investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.
  • Monitor vending machine performance, coordinate preventative maintenance, and oversee the timely resolution of machine faults and service issues.
  • Support the delivery, installation, and setup of vending machines for new site openings and expansion projects.
  • Collaborate with the National Vending Manager and Activations Team to coordinate vending activations, sampling events, and other operational initiatives.
  • Support member enquiries and refunds while ensuring compliance of vending vehicles and operational processes across the business.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service and supervising a team.
  • Experience with administrative processes and systems.
  • Exposure to warehouse, logistics, or inventory-based environments (desirable).
  • Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded but not essential.
  • Valid WA Driver’s License.
  • Interstate travel as required.
  • Proficient with technology and capable of troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks to a high standard.
