As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Revo, you'll own the full recruitment experience, from attracting standout candidates to building the pipelines that fuel our national growth. You'll be a trusted specialist to hiring managers, a champion of our employer brand, and a key contributor to a culture people genuinely love being part of.

What you'll be doing?

Talent Acquisition & Management

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the business, partnering with hiring managers to shape strategy and coach on best-practice approach.
• Manage shortlisting, screening, interviews, pre-employment checks, offers and negotiations — delivering a seamless experience every step.
• Coordinate new club pipeline recruitment, including running Assessment Centres
• Proactively build and maintain talent pools for key roles nationally
• Using our Applicant Tracking System, keeping data sharp and processes efficient
• Advise on role design, market insights, and advertising to support smart hiring decisions
• Act as a career advisor to employees, spotlighting internal opportunities and pathways
• Support with coordinating work placements, student programs, and the Ignite (Internship) Program

Strategy & Projects

• Support the development and execution of our employer brand and recruitment strategy
• Contribute to people and culture projects and key engagement initiatives
• Identify and implement ways to streamline talent processes and systems

What you’ll Bring

• A Human Resources degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
• 2-5 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition either internally or externally (internal experience highly regarded)
• Proven ability to deliver high-volume, end-to-end recruitment with a quality candidate experience
• Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, and National Awards
• Experience contributing to engagement or people and culture initiatives
• Building trusted relationships at every level of a business with the ability to influencing and advise stakeholders with confidence.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and maintain momentum with roles.
• A creative mindset that's always looking for a better way to source quality industry talent.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
