Social Media Manager

The Opportunity

Our Social Media Manager will lead Revo’s social media function, ensuring our brand, tone, and content quality are consistent across all platforms. You’ll oversee content planning, creation, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, while managing a team of content creators to deliver high‑performing, engaging content at scale.

Developing and implementing Revo’s social media strategy, you’ll be responsible for driving audience growth, engagement, and brand relevance. From identifying trends and opportunities to shaping content direction and optimising performance, you’ll ensure everything we put out has impact and reflects our Revo brand.

You will be able to lead a team, bring ideas to life, and translate performance insights into stronger content. Working across all marketing initiatives, this role is central to bringing the Revo brand to life and continuously raising the bar. This is a hands‑on content role, where you’ll create content, appear in content, and set the standard for it.

Key Responsibilities

Social Strategy & Direction
  • Support the development and execution of Revo’s social media strategy aligned to business goals
  • Identify opportunities to grow reach, engagement, and brand relevance
  • Stay across trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and competitive
Team Leadership & Management
  • Manage a team of content creators and/or external creators
  • Lead from the front by setting the standard for content quality, creativity, and output
  • Provide clear direction, briefs, and feedback to ensure consistent, high-quality output
  • Oversee team workflows, content planning, and daily priorities
  • Foster a high-performance culture that “raises the bar” creatively
Content Execution
  • Own the content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create/oversee content from concepting, filming, editing, and publishing
  • Be a face of the brand where required, confidently appearing in content and bringing ideas to life on camera
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, standards, and objectives
  • Identify opportunities to deepen connection and build advocacy within the community
  • Create/oversee content at key brand moments including gym openings, events, and activations, which may occur outside of standard working hours
Performance & Optimisation
  • Track, analyse and report on social media performance (growth, engagement, reach, conversions)
  • Translate insights into actionable improvements across content and strategy
Collaboration & Campaign Integration
  • Work closely with wider marketing team, activations, partnerships, and club teams
  • Ensure social content supports key campaigns, launches, and business priorities
  • Support influencer and creator partnerships
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Social Media, Content Lead/Manager role with experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment being highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to independently ideate, plan, and create content across key social platforms — particularly Instagram and TikTok — with a strong understanding of platform trends, audience behaviour, and best‑practice content formats.
  • Strong copywriting experience, with the ability to write compelling, engaging, and on‑brand copy tailored to different channels, audiences, and campaign objectives.
  • Experience developing and executing social media content calendars, campaigns, and storytelling that drive engagement and brand consistency.
  • Confident in analysing social performance metrics to inform content decisions and optimise future output.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, photographers, videographers, or external partners to deliver high‑quality content.
