The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to join the Property team at Revo Fitness and support our ambitious national growth strategy. Reporting to the National Property & Leasing Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, negotiating and securing leased sites.
This is a pure leasing role focused on generating new opportunities, leading commercial negotiations, and managing transactions through to execution. Working closely with Design & Development, Legal, Finance and Operations, you’ll help ensure a seamless transition from agreed deal terms to successful site delivery.
Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and secure new leased sites in line with Revo Fitness’ growth strategy, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Source on-market and off-market opportunities through established landlord, developer and agent networks.
- Undertake site inspections, rental benchmarking and high-level feasibility assessments to inform leasing decisions.
- Prepare internal deal summaries and business cases to support approval of proposed lease transactions.
- Lead negotiations of Heads of Agreement, Agreements for Lease and formal lease documentation, securing commercially favourable terms.
- Work closely with Senior Legal Counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure lease documentation reflects agreed commercial terms prior to execution.
- Track, manage and report on leasing pipeline activity, key milestones and executed deals while maintaining strong external relationships, developers and commercial agents.
Essential Skills and Experience: - Tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce or a related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial or retail leasing, ideally across large-format retail or multi-site portfolios.
- Proven track record securing commercial lease transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong experience negotiating Heads of Agreement and formal lease documentation.
- Sound knowledge of commercial lease legislation and market practice across Australian states.
- Strong negotiation, financial acumen and commercial decision-making capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
