ICT Systems Delivery Manager

The Opportunity

This is a critical role within our business. As ICT Systems Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the ICT Manager, senior leadership, and State Operations Managers to lead and support the day to day delivery of our ICT infrastructure and services.

You will be a key member of the ICT team, bringing strong technical capability, leadership, and a service focused mindset. You’ll play a hands on role in managing infrastructure (physical and virtual), optimising systems and processes, and ensuring ICT services align with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  

Leadership & Management
  • Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to the ICT Systems Delivery team
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of ICT across the organisation
  • Support the development and execution of professional development plans for ICT team members
  • Assist the ICT Manager with the annual ICT budget and ongoing reporting
ICT Service Delivery
  • Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across the Revo environment
  • Own and report on infrastructure KPIs and overall service performance
  • Manage infrastructure capacity, performance, and cost
  • Oversee ICT Service Catalogue items assigned to the Systems Delivery team
  • Ensure all ICT documentation is current, approved, and well maintained
Systems Administration
  • Build, document, and release infrastructure that supports Revo services
  • Maintain the Infrastructure Registry and regularly assess fit‑for‑purpose
  • Support service transition activities, including the development of OLA’s and associated KPIs
Security & Compliance
  • Contribute to organisational security policy and process development
  • Support compliance initiatives, including accreditation frameworks such as ISO 27001
Skills and Experience
  • Degree qualified in ICT (or equivalent experience) with proven ICT management or team leadership experience
  • Relevant certifications ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4), Cisco Certification (CCNA / CCNP) or CompTIA A+/Network and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900)
  • Strong capability in developing and managing KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs
  • Hands‑on experience with Service Desk tools, remote management, and Microsoft O365 administration
  • Experience managing infrastructure including Cisco Meraki, Azure SQL, Windows Server, and Linux/Apache
  • Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Broad technical expertise across infrastructure, hardware, networks, and operating systems
  • Broad technical expertise with strong troubleshooting and commercial judgement
  • Proactive leader with excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills with a growth‑focused mindset.
