Whether you're passionate about People and Culture, Marketing, Legal or Property & Leasing or other business areas more broadly, this program will give you hands-on experience, mentorship from industry specialists and the opportunity to contribute to real projects that shape the future of Revo Fitness.
What You’ll Gain: - Real-world experience in one of our key participating departments:
- People & Safety: Dive into the full employment lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee engagement, with exposure to broader people and culture initiatives.
- Marketing (Creative): Work through a creative marketing lens supporting brand assets. Ideal for those interested in junior graphic design, with hands‑on exposure to design tools, brand guidelines, and creative collaboration.
- Property & Leasing: Gain exposure across lease negotiations, site selection and property strategy, while learning how property and leasing decisions support Revo’s long‑term network growth.
- Legal: Gain practical exposure supporting legal operations across the business, including property and commercial leasing.
- Marketing (Content & Events): Support social media, content creation, events, and brand activations, helping bring the Revo brand to life through engaging campaigns and community focused experiences.
- Mentorship from experienced professionals who are passionate about your growth and partnered with a dedicated mentor for the duration of the program.
- Exposure to a dynamic, national brand that’s redefining the fitness industry.
- Networking opportunities with Revo team members and fellow interns.

We’re looking for someone who: - Currently enrolled university student in their penultimate or final year, studying a Marketing or relevant degree that requires completion of a structured internship for academic credit.
- Is a team player - collaborative, curious, and eager to learn.
- Has excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Can maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Is passionate about health, fitness, and making a difference in the community (a bonus!).
