The Opportunity At Revo Fitness, we are looking for an FP&A Analyst to deliver high‑quality financial planning, forecasting, and insights that support effective decision‑making across the business.
This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing monthly forecasts, including working capital, consolidating and reporting budgets, and providing ad hoc financial modelling to support strategic and operational initiatives. With strong analytical capability and effective use of financial planning tools such as Anaplan, the FP&A Analyst will drive accurate forecasting, scenario planning, and feasibility modelling, helping strengthen financial performance and discipline across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Forecasting & Financial Planning - Prepare and maintain monthly rolling forecasts, including working capital and cash flow.
- Update forecasting models with actuals and assumptions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Budgeting, Consolidation & Reporting - Support the annual budgeting process and consolidate budgets across entities and departments.
- Maintain budget models and schedules aligned with strategic and financial assumptions.
- Prepare budget reporting and variance analysis with clear insights and explanations.
Financial Modelling & Analysis - Develop ad hoc financial models for business cases, feasibility assessments, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
- Perform detailed analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support evaluation of new initiatives and translate complex financial data into clear insights.
Reporting & Data Management - Improve reporting efficiency and data integrity through best‑practice data flows.
- Support development of dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for enhanced visibility.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to understand performance drivers.
- Respond to ad hoc financial queries and provide insights for leadership presentations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and modelling processes.
- Contribute to finance improvement projects and support documentation of models and processes.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience - CPA or CA qualification or equivalent qualification from a recognised accounting body
- Relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance role.
- Strong forecasting and budgeting capability, including consolidation across multiple entities and departments.
- Advanced financial modelling skills with experience in scenario analysis.
- Proficient in financial systems and Excel; Anaplan experience highly regarded.
- Ability to analyse large datasets and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, able to support stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation.
