Warehouse & Service Manager - SA

The Opportunity:

Revo Fitness is on the move, and we’re searching for a driven Warehouse & Service Manager to lead our warehouse and equipment servicing operations. This critical role ensures our teams and equipment are operating at their best so our members have the best experience possible. You’ll manage everything from warehouse logistics to team performance and vendor relationships, ensuring preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations are carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our team of Service Technicians, building a collaborative and productive work environment. Monitor performance, provide ongoing feedback, and deliver regular training to upskill the team.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee all warehouse activities including inventory management, deliveries, dispatch, stocktakes, and waste services. Ensure layout efficiency, WHS compliance, and warehouse systems are used to forecast and monitor needs.
  • Equipment Management: Prioritise and allocate maintenance, repair, and service tasks to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business KPIs and supplier SLAs.
  • Preventative Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and systems, ensuring documentation is maintained and deadlines are met.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure efficient supply chain processes, up-to-date reporting, and the development of scalable systems and procedures.
  • Facility Support: Oversee the correct use of warehouse equipment, support vending operations, and assist with gym equipment installations, relocations, and logistics as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Cert IV in Warehousing (desirable) or equivalent industry experience.
  • Valid Australian Driver’s License and current forklift licence.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management and familiarity with facility/building maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team development and productivity.
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems and WHS compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment.
