The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a
Senior Designer to help bring the Revo Fitness brand to life across our national network of gyms. Reporting to the Design Manager, you’ll play a key role in the execution of spatial, graphic, and signage design, ensuring our clubs look incredible, function seamlessly, and align with our bold brand identity.
You’ll work on everything from new club builds to refurbishments and in-gym communications, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver standout, cost-effective, and on-brand environments. This is a hands-on role suited to a detail-oriented designer who’s as comfortable with Revit as they are with Illustrator and who can balance creativity with commercial thinking.
Key Responsibilities: - Design Execution: Create architectural, interior, and signage design solutions that reflect Revo’s brand identity and elevate the user experience.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed drawing packages and support delivery across all project phases from concept to construction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure cohesive outcomes.
- Design Leadership: Mentor junior team members, uphold high design standards, and contribute to systems, templates, and guidelines.
- Quality Control: Support design reviews to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with consultants and suppliers to maintain design intent through to project completion.
Essential Skills and Experience: - 5+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, or multidisciplinary design roles.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
- A portfolio that showcases spatial and graphic design, ideally within commercial, hospitality, or retail settings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of BCA, NCC, and other relevant compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative mindset, innovative approach, and eye for detail.
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
