Facilities & Compliance Coordinator

The Opportunity

Reporting to the National Facilities & Maintenance Manager, this role is pivotal in supporting our Facilities Management and Maintenance functions, as well as overseeing contractor compliance across all Revo Fitness locations nationally.

Your focus will be managing the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and keeping workflows humming whether it’s for gym equipment, building maintenance or contractor management. You’ll be at the centre of ensuring compliance, safety, and service excellence which directly impacts member experience. 

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Systems
  • Manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring work orders for gym equipment and buildings are assigned, tracked, and updated accurately.
  • Collaborate with Club Managers, Technicians, and the Facilities & Warehousing Manager to support job completion, inventory, and parts management.
  • Raise purchase orders, schedule technician vehicle servicing, and maintain compliance records.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and documentation of preventative maintenance activities.
Workplace Health & Safety
  • Monitor compliance with WHS legislation across all jurisdictions.
  • Identify and escalate WHS related works and maintenance needs of facilities to support proactive safety improvements across Revo Fitness buildings.
  • Identify and escalate WHS risks, contributing to a proactive safety culture.
  • Assist in developing WHS policies, SOPs, and operational manuals for Facilities and Warehousing.
Contractor Compliance
  • Coordinate and communicate with contractors and technicians to ensure timely and compliant job delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date contractor records, inductions, and insurance in Done Safe.
  • Act as the key contact for contractor queries and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance Administration, or Safety-related roles, trade background or hands-on facility experience is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Confidence using CMMS platforms and other software systems
  • Strong understanding of WHS practices and building compliance (Fire, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project coordination skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A current driver’s licence is required
