Leasing & Acquisition Manager

The Opportunity

Revo Fitness is growing fast—and we’re on the hunt for a Leasing & Acquisition Manager to help our next phase of national expansion. You’ll be at the forefront of securing new sites, negotiating leases, and building a strong property portfolio across the country.
  
This is a great opportunity for an established property professional with proven experience in acquisition, leasing, and development, who thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships.
  
What you’ll bring:
  • Identify and secure new development and leasing opportunities that align with our strategic growth plans.
  • Manage end-to-end site acquisition, from selection, feasibility studies, and negotiations to approvals and project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, agents, and key stakeholders nationwide.
  • Prepare and present detailed business cases, negotiate lease terms, and monitor market trends to support strategic decisions.
  • Draft commercially sound Heads of Agreements and coordinate with Senior Legal Counsel to finalise lease documents.
  • Work closely with the National Property & Leasing Manager to ensure new sites and renewals are commercially favourable and sustainable.
  • Oversee and manage lease renewals and ensure key dates and triggers across our portfolio are tracked and actioned appropriately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design & Development, Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure new sites meet all business requirements.
  • Assist in dispute resolution with landlords and developers where required, ensuring alignment with lease agreements.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in leasing, property acquisition, or commercial real estate—experience in a retail or multi-site rollout environment highly regarded.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to develop and present compelling business cases.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Knowledge of property market trends and leasing compliance requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
