Vending Coordinator

The Opportunity

Join Revo Fitness, a leader in the Australian Fitness Industry, as we continue to expand nationally. We're seeking a full-time Vending Coordinator to support the operational coordination of our Vending Machine Filler (VMF) team across Victoria & South Australia and assist with back-end vending administration processes. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure smooth vending operations, team leadership, and stock management. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational coordination and people leadership to the VMF teams across Victoria & South Australia.
  • Manage warehouse stock using various systems and inventory logs.
  • Coordinate the ordering, delivery, and receival of vending stock from preferred suppliers.
  • Lead the team to complete end-of-month stocktake.
  • Coordinate VMF team’s route scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist with member refunds and other requests in a timely manner.
  • Support troubleshooting and fault resolution for vending machines.
  • Assist with the setup, delivery, and installation of new vending machines for new sites.
  • Ensure compliance with VIC & SA vending vehicle regulations in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
  • Train and onboard new VMF team members, ensuring they are well-equipped for success.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service and supervising a team.
  • Experience with administrative processes and systems.
  • Valid VIC Driver’s License.
  • Regular travel to our Mentone & Bayswater warehouses and interstate travel as required.
  • Proficient with technology and capable of troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks to a high standard.
