Our Club Managers are central to our success, impacting our members, personal trainers, and the member experience team. This role is focused on delivering exceptional club management, emphasising member experience, and fostering our vibrant Revo culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building a Positive Team Environment: Your leadership will be instrumental in cultivating a positive and supportive atmosphere among staff. This involves strategic recruitment, seamless onboarding processes, continuous development initiatives, and fostering engagement through clear feedback and alignment with company values.
  • Efficient Staffing and Rostering: You'll oversee staffing and rostering, ensuring optimal skill utilisation, effective communication channels, and opportunities to develop talent among your team members.
  • Driving Personal Trainer Engagement: By aligning personal trainer teams with Revo's brand values, you'll inspire a culture of excellence and dedication to member experience, ultimately enhancing the overall in club experience.
  • Shaping Quality Member Experiences: Your leadership will set the standard for exceptional member experience delivery, shaping member interactions through exemplary leadership and modelling of member experience standards.
  • Maintaining Club Presentation: Upholding Revo's reputation for excellence means maintaining club facilities to the highest standards. This involves effective management of cleaning and maintenance operations to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for members.
  • Prioritising Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures is paramount. As a Club Manager, you'll lead by example in prioritising the safety and well-being of both staff and members.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Experienced in leading teams to drive performance, focusing on talent development and a high-performance culture.
  • Skilled in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while managing facility maintenance.
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service, building strong member relationships, and aligning with company values.
  • Calm and solutions-oriented in resolving conflicts to maintain a positive club atmosphere.
  • Highly organised, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certified to ensure member and staff safety.
