The Opportunity

As an Equipment Technician at Revo Fitness, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining gym equipment, ensuring all tasks are performed safely and efficiently. This role is key in keeping our equipment in top condition and ensuring a high-quality member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and maintenance on fitness equipment, ensuring all issues are diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular diagnostics to identify potential issues with gym equipment and ensure it operates safely and efficiently.
• Complete gym equipment deliveries, installations, refurbishments, upgrades, and relocations safely and cost-effectively.
• Work closely with the Facilities & Warehouse Manager and Operations teams to schedule visits that minimise club disruption.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using approved company systems, including tracking, and managing supplies for equipment servicing.
• Provide technical support and training to staff for proper equipment maintenance.
• Ensure all gym equipment is serviced regularly to prevent downtime and extend the lifespan of the machines.
• Maintain a high level of communication with team members and management to keep the clubs running smoothly.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Previous experience with fitness equipment servicing or similar mechanical fields is highly desirable.
• Strong diagnostic skills with fitness equipment or mechanical systems, and a sound mechanical aptitude overall.
• A good communicator, able to juggle tasks, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver top-notch customer service to relevant stakeholders.
• Current Drivers Licence (C Class), Construction White Card, Forklift Licence – including competent operator.
• Willingness to apply for applicable Traffic Check through relevant provider.
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical to assess suitability for the role.
