The Opportunity

As a Maintenance Handyperson at Revo Fitness, you will be responsible for completing maintenance tasks across our facilities, ensuring all tasks are performed safely and efficiently. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards in facility management and providing a great member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various repairs and maintenance tasks including patching, painting, gyprock, basic carpentry, lighting, minor electrical works, minor plumbing, and mechanical work.
• Work with the respective stakeholders and licensed contractors for major repairs to meet business requirements.
• Complete general maintenance tasks such as installing hooks, doors, and paper towel holders across our WA clubs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of our facilities and reduce downtime.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner, minimising any disruption to the clubs.
• Work closely with the Facilities & Warehouse Manager and Operations teams to schedule visits that align with business needs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using approved company systems, including tracking and managing supplies.
• Support ongoing maintenance and organisation of the warehouse and club storerooms.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Trade qualified (Carpentry, Plumbing, Restricted Electrical) is desired, but not essential.
• Experience in a commercial handyperson/maintenance role is highly desirable.
• A good communicator, able to juggle tasks, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver top-notch customer service to relevant stakeholders.
• Current Drivers Licence (C Class), Construction White Card, Forklift Licence – including competent operator.
• Willingness to apply for applicable Traffic Check through relevant provider.
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical to assess suitability for the role.
