Operations Manager – South Australia at Revo Fitness
 
The Opportunity:
At Revo Fitness, we are not slowing down with continued growth plans in South Australia, continuing to open new clubs to help more members achieve their health and fitness goals. What sets us apart is that we make the gym simple. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a hands-on multi-site manager to lead and inspire our team of Club Managers and their respective teams.
  
Reporting to our National Operations Manager you will collaborate with other Operations Managers nationally, who are driven to get the best out of their teams. Given your proven multi-site experience, you will be well versed in facility management with the primary focus to ensure every member has a great experience in our clubs. You will have excellent interpersonal skills which you leverage to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  
This position will be based out of our Glenelg site location, with regular travel between sites required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Management: Through the clubs under your leadership, you’ll ensure our Club Managers’ experience enables them to succeed in their role and that their experience with Revo is seamless, well managed, and transparent. This will include leading the Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance Management, Leave Management, Health and Safety Compliance, Career Progression, and the Exit processes. 
  • Member Experience: Our members’ experience is directly shaped by the way our team approach, help, and support both potential and new members in our clubs. Empowering our team to conduct these interactions in a way that aligns with our vision, mission, and brand values will enable a unique and rewarding experience for potential and current members.
  • Facilities Management: A high-quality facility, together with well-maintained and hygienic, up-to-date equipment is critical to our members’ experience. This role is accountable for ensuring this is achieved through our Club Managers at all our clubs. 
  • Health and Safety: Actively seeking improvements and upgrades to ensure our facility and equipment are reviewed, quality controlled, and improved through various stakeholders. The safety of our team and members is critical, ensuring oversight and management of our regular WHS requirements. 
  • Reporting and Administration: For our business to succeed, monitoring and reporting of key metrics for club operations is critical to help ensure we’re making well-informed decisions moving forward. This role will be responsible for ensuring that administration and reporting processes for club operations are executed to a high standard.
Essential Criteria
  • Experience in a similar multi-site management role (Operations Manager, Area Manager or Cluster Manager).
  • Experienced people leader – who can coach, develop, and mentor our club management team to perform at their best.
  • Ability to work autonomously and across various locations with the flexibility to travel across all South Australian locations, as required.
  • Experienced in facility management with working knowledge of workplace health and safety culture.
  • Capability to assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and processes ensuring best practice.
  • Experienced in conflict resolution, performance management & basic employment relations matters.
  • Customer Service driven (Member Experience) – strong problem identification skills supported by a solution driven approach.
  • Current Driver’s Licence
