The Opportunity
Be part of Revo Fitness, an emerging leader in the Australian Fitness Industry as we grow across the country. We're in search of a full time Senior Data Analyst to drive our data-driven decision-making culture. You'll be responsible for gathering, cleaning, and analysing data from diverse sources, utilising statistical techniques to unveil insights. Additionally, you'll manage databases, construct models, and develop dashboards to aid decision-making. Collaborating with stakeholders to design reports and ensuring adherence to regulations are pivotal aspects of the role. Flexible working options will be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities - Collect, store, clean, and pre-process data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analyse data using statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain databases, utilising APIs and other connectors to update data regularly.
- Create data models and dashboards to present findings concisely, facilitating informed decision-making across the organisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for designing reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators and progress towards strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, legal regulations, and cyber security measures to protect data integrity and privacy.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Significant experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of data manipulation techniques and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBi and/or Tableau.
- Proficiency in structured languages such as SQL & DAX.
- Additional skills in programming languages such as but not limited to Python & PHP are beneficial, however not required.
