About the position: We are looking for an Internal Medicine Nurse to join our established and experienced team. You will be assisting with a wide variety of cases, from consult to procedure and imaging, through to discharge. About You:We are looking for a passionate nurse who can work independently with a reliable, adaptable and proactive approach to your work. We are looking for a nurse who has the following skills:
- A keen interest in Medicine-based work, with a desire to work closely with our patients throughout their entire SASH journey.
- An ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in General Anaesthesia & ventilation is desirable but not essential.
- Confidence working in an extremely busy environment.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- Completed a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- A minimum of 3-4 years, full-time experience as a qualified nurse.
- Previous experience in medicine or oncology would be highly regarded but is not essential.
