The clinic is co‑located with the local hospital and operates with a strong culture of clinical autonomy, collaborative decision‑making, and GP leadership. Supported by robust centralised teams across HR, IT, operations and legal, the practice empowers GPs to focus on high‑quality patient care while maintaining full control over how they choose to consult and bill. About Your Role:

• VR GP position within a busy, well‑established clinic
• Bulk billing model chosen and led by the GPs
• Flexible consulting hours, tell the team what you want, and they’ll make it work
• Minimum of two experienced nurses on every shift
• Strong practice management and state‑based operational leadership
• GP supervisors and registrar training onsite
• Modern facilities with infrastructure designed to support long-term clinical sustainability

Your Desired Skills & Experience:

• FRACGP or equivalent vocational registration
• A collaborative approach to patient centered care
• Comfort working in a team with strong nursing and admin support
• Interest in contributing to a GP‑led, autonomy‑driven environment
• Commitment to professional development and clinical excellence
