About Your Role:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a busy and established privately billing practice.
• Manage a broad and diverse patient population spanning newborns, families, adults and older Australians.
• Develop areas of clinical interest including women's health, chronic disease management, skin medicine, paediatrics, preventative health or procedural services.
• Utilise a large, well-equipped treatment room that supports procedural and treatment-based care.
• Work collaboratively with experienced GPs, nurses, registrars and allied health professionals.
• Benefit from a nurse-led chronic disease management program that supports continuity of care and enhances billing opportunities.
• Enjoy flexibility in days and sessions worked, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle and professional goals.
• Contribute to a positive team culture within a well-run, process-driven and forward-thinking practice.

Your Desired Skills & Experience:

• Specialist Registration with AHPRA as a General Practitioner.
• Fellowship of RACGP and/or ACRRM
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, comprehensive family medicine.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Interest in developing long-term relationships with patients and the local community.
• An interest in regional practice and becoming an engaged member of a supportive team.
• Experience or interest in mentoring, teaching or working alongside GP registrars will be highly regarded.
