Practice Details:
This accredited general practice provides quality health services for the local community, located in Horsham in Western Victoria.
They are seeking a General Practitioner to offer consistent treatment to patients in the area. 
Nestled on the banks of the peaceful Wimmera River, Horsham is a lively regional city, which is home to a vibrant array of arts and cultural events, sporting venues and activities.

About the role:
A typical day of service includes standard consultations, Pre-Employment Medicals, Chronic Disease Management and minor procedures. Other responsibilities include but not limited to: 

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, consultations, treatment plans and examinations for patients of all ages.
• Provide On-Call services, worked on rotation with existing doctors
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with best practice standards and regulatory requirements.

Essential Competencies:

• AHPRA General or Specialist Registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting community health and wellbeing.
• Experience or interest in rural healthcare.
• Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
