About The Organisation:
This well-established, community-focused medical practice has a team of experienced GPs, registrars, nurses, and visiting allied health professionals, the clinic provides a wide range of services to meet the needs of a diverse rural community.

About Your Role:

• Provide high-quality GP services to a farming and regional catchment of approximately 3,000 people
• Work alongside 3 fellowed GPs, 2 registrars, 4 nurses (including a Nurse Practitioner) and full reception support
• Manage a varied clinical load including treatment room procedures, basic resuscitation, minor surgery, chronic disease management, and aged care support
• Participate in inpatient care at the local hospital, including admissions and discharges
• Engage with allied health and visiting specialists, including podiatry, physio, dentistry, psychology, and surgical teams
• Flexible roster options - part-time or full-time sessions available to suit your lifestyle
• Minimal on-call requirements - phone support overnight with rare call-outs

Your Desired Skills & Experience:

• Vocational Registration (FRACGP or equivalent)
• A commitment to rural medicine and community-focused care
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team
• Interest in a varied scope of practice, including procedural work and hospital-based care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term patient relationships
