About The Organisation:
Our client is a leading provider of urgent care services in regional Victoria, delivering high-quality, GP-led care through the Warragul Medicare Urgent Care Clinic. Operating in partnership with the West Gippsland Healthcare Group Emergency Department, the clinic provides treatment for urgent, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, helping to reduce pressure on local hospital services.
Located within a modern, medical centre featuring more than 20 consulting rooms, the Urgent Care Clinic operates from dedicated consulting and treatment spaces supported by experienced nursing staff. Since opening in 2023, the service has treated more than 41,000 patients and continues to play a vital role within the local healthcare network.

About Your Role:

• Provide urgent care services for patients presenting with non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries.
• Assess and manage a broad range of presentations, including fractures, lacerations, infections, respiratory conditions, minor burns and eye injuries.
• Work collaboratively with experienced nurses and fellow clinicians in a supportive, team-based environment.
• Contribute to the delivery of efficient, high-quality patient care in a busy and well-established service.
• Choose from permanent, casual, short-term contract or additional ad-hoc shifts.
• Work flexible 7-hour shifts across a service operating 7 days per week from 8:00am to 10:00pm, including public holidays.

Your Desired Skills & Experience:

• Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM (FRACGP/FACRRM) – essential.
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Experience assessing and managing urgent or acute presentations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Your Benefits:
