Senior Sales and Stategy Manager

Position Scope
Our client specializes in creating multifaceted communities where people thrive! This position is responsible for the leadership of the Sales and Marketing department, developing and implementing both short-term and long-term strategies to ensure the sustained growth of Sales and Market share of their products. Managing both internal and external resources, the position
will need to partner closely with the Development and Finance team to ensure overall business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the role is responsible for:
• Develop and implement both short term and long-term sales strategies and plans that are aligned with overall business growth objectives;
• Develop and implement Sales and Marketing policies and procedures that effectively manages both internal and external resources;
• Ensure sales and non-sales objectives are met for the sales and marketing function;
• Prepare and recommend commercially sound pricing strategies, and recommend pricing for approval for each stage of release for all projects;
• Develop and maintain effective sales channels, including but not limited to collaboration with builders;
• Ensure all marketing activities are well coordinated to support sales plans and initiatives, and that marketing expenditure are within budget and utilized effectively;
• Lead the sales and marketing team, including the day-to-day management of the team’s performance;
• Ensure sales and marketing management information is managed accurately and timely; and
• Any other reasonable tasks as directed by the company from time to time.

Key requirements
- Tertiary Qualifications in Sales and Marketing or similar.
- 8 + years of experience in Real Estate master project sales in residential, experience in land subdivision is a bonus!
- Ability to develop and manage sound sales strategies and plans.
- Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
- Sound experience in people management, leadership, mentoring and reporting.
- Analytical interpretation and advance problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to forge relationships both internally and external stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Sales and Marketing or similar.
