(Senior) Fund Analyst- Real Estate Fund Management

Due to the continued growth, this unique opportunity has become available for a Fund Analyst or Senior Financial(Fund) Analyst to join the Real Estate Fund Management team.
Be part of the strategy to develop and grow the Real Estate Fund Management platform, initially focus on Australian assets, with the ambition to expand to the international market.

Principal Tasks
  • Prepare high-quality financial modelling for prospective investment or developments transactions.
  • Fund modelling - prepare all cash flow modelling at a property, portfolio and trust level.
  • Conduct market research , relevant economic and valuation to support feasibility assumptions.
  • Assist Acquisition / Divestment - Manage EOIs, due diligence process and negotiate the prospective deals.
  • Prepare business case pitch material including board papers, financial analysis and presentations for sign[1]off by the Managing Director and/or Advisory Board.
  • Prepare Investment Memorandum and ensure data and validation of all material used within the Information Memorandum are correct, accurate and updated.
  • Develop a client/investor management reports that support the business reporting requirements for Fund Management.
  • Provide project cash flow reports and budgeting forecasts to the Finance Team
  • At least 5 years of Property fund management or fundraising experience.
    • Familiar with the Australian Real Estate Fund market and the available products and assets class in the
    • Strong technical skill in the financial analysis role – real estate fund management
    • Strong Excel modelling, familiar with ARGUS and EstateMaster
    • Knowledge of both development and commercial property preferred.
