Full Time Accountant - Mandarin Speaking | Fairfield

This is a full-time permanent position with an immediate start. This role will expand to include more management accounting functions in the near future.
 
Your new role:
  • Process Accounts Payable invoices and payments
  • Issue monthly invoices and manage Accounts Receivables
  • GL, Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Maintain Fixed Asset Register
  • Assist in Inventory control and debt collection
  • Assist with month-end procedures
  • Assist in preparation of BAS, IAS, and other tax lodgment's 
  • General Administration tasks
What will you need to succeed:
  • An Accounting degree with 2 years working in a similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel intermediate
  • SAP Business one experience (Preferred but not essential)
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive approach and positive attitude
