Account Payable Office - Mandarin speaking

Key responsibilities:
  
  • Full cycle accounts payable, process invoices, and ensure daily/weekly/monthly and any ad hoc payments were processed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Monitor accounts, including investigate and correct discrepancies and respond to stakeholder’s inquiries
  • Review staff reimbursements and processed staff claims and monthly petty cash in accordance with the company policy and accepted accounting practices
  • Manage company's credit cards including the collection of invoices and reconciliation of credit card purchases
  • Conduct monthly closing processes, such as provide accruals, general journal entries, and bank reconciliations, making sure expenses are allocated correctly across different departments
  • Other administrative tasks as requested 

Skills and Requirements: 
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong analytical background and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Willingness to take ownership, work autonomously & be held accountable
  • High attention to detail, a strong ability to multi-task and adhere to time pressures and deadlines
