We are looking for an experienced Marine Refinishing Painter with a strong background in pleasure craft and superyachts.
 
This is a specialised marine painting role requiring a high level of attention to detail, finish and workmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-end marine refinishing rather than primarily industrial or steel vessel painting.
 
Key Requirements

• Proven experience painting marine pleasure craft and/or superyachts
• Strong experience in white work and high-refinish painting
• Experience applying topcoat systems such as Awlgrip
• Experience working on GRP/fibreglass and aluminium-built vessels
• Strong surface preparation and finishing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
• Ability to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish suitable for high-end marine vessels
• Experience with polishing, blending and refinishing is highly desirable
• Able to work independently and as part of a professional marine team

Important: This role is not suited to painters whose experience is primarily industrial, structural steel or steel fishing vessels.
