Your new role
This role is offers great flexibility in a blend of office and home-based work. This role reports to a Consultant and/or Senior Consultant and can be based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office.

As a JANA Investment Analyst, you will work as part of a team, and have responsibilities in the areas of client consulting, investment research and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our analyst research team rotation program.

The focus of this role is to contribute to the development of the overall asset allocation and investment strategy by providing support to our Consultants and Senior Consultants.

Some of your duties will include:
• Preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly reporting, and ad hoc reporting as required
• Contribute to investment strategy and asset allocation through direct quantitative and qualitative research
• Enter, maintain and analyse investment data in IT and investment risk systems

About you
As a JANA Investment Analyst, you are a capable communicator, have excellent attention to detail and have a desire to learn and grow in a role. You demonstrate accountability in your judgement and are able to build respectful and enduring relationships. You have a client centric mindset and are committed to exceeding expectations. Able to work independently or as part of a team, you work collaboratively and positively to achieve a common goal.
2-3 years financial/investment analyst experience to date is required alongside transferable work experience and skills. Strong technical capabilities are required.
