Country Manager

Position Overview
Our client is an e-commerce technology enterprise that focuses on merchant services in the Asian-Pacific region, providing SaaS omnichannel software and digital solution for e-commerce retailers and enterprise customers. The business is growing promptly to become one of the leading SaaS platforms in Indonesia, Philippines, China, Singapore and is now building up a new branch in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a direct team across business development, sales, account management and product managers; implement processes and systems with the team from scratch.
  • Lead the business to go local and achieve the sales objectives with the leadership team,
  • Supervise communications and collaborations internally with stakeholders in other entities
  • Provide leadership to the new hired team across sales, customer success, account management and business development hire.
  • Translate the Group strategic initiatives into tactical operational strategy
  • Drive operational improvements, share best practices, seek and take action on improvement opportunities
  • Provide forecasting, tangible strategic and operational plans.
  • Work closely with the group level personnel in compiling sales reports, customer trends, and competitor information with the sales, business development and customer service team members.
Skills, competencies and qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Vietnam retail and e-commerce market
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives across the region.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of call center or telemarketing operations and technologies
  • Strategic planning, program development, business forecasting experience and “start-up” operational skills.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar or relatable B2B industry with SaaS experience.
  • Fluency in English and interpersonal skills
