Marketing Automation Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team members in different countries to ensure campaigns are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns – take charge of executing, tracking and measuring the success of email marketing campaigns
  • Act as the subject matter expert for email marketing automation (including configuration, documentation and best practices)
  • Develop multi-channel, personalized nurture programs that incorporate lead scoring, behavioral data, and engagement activity to engage customers and drive revenue.
  • Measure and analyze email marketing activities against key metrics, define recommendations, and communicate performance results with the marketing team.
  • Project management with a variety of stakeholders to ensure projects launch on-time and on-budget.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, operations, customer service, and management to recommend and execute the best lead generating strategies in line with business expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for analysis and optimization on email templates, landing pages/sites and other aspects of email marketing campaigns.
  • Generate and provide QA for lists used for segmented marketing campaigns
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other similar fields.
  • Pardot experience is a must including building email campaigns, workflows, automation, templates, and working with list imports.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus including working with leads cases campaigns and accounts, reporting, mapping fields, using Salesforce data within automation workflows.
  • Experience managing overseas stakeholders to ensure inputs are received, requirements are understood and timelines are met.
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through reporting and making it relevant to business outcomes.
  • Driven by excellence and a desire to improve through A/B testing and continual optimization.
  • Experience in developing or implementing lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Understanding of international email and privacy regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver with high-impact results.
  • Excellent English communication (in both the written and verbal form)
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Working knowledge in graphic design, HTML and CSS skills strongly preferred.
