Our client is a multi-faceted company that specialises in Development Management, Project Management, Tenancy Coordination, Construction and Design in Sydney with a diverse portfolio of retail, petrol, industrial and residential clients.
 
The Position
Our client is looking for an experienced site manager to help deliver the Industrial Units in Northern Sydney, to join this team with a long term vision. Initial duties will be on site, managing the deliveries, checking sub contractors' work & reporting to project manager. The person will help in procuring the trades, construction programs, safety and timely delivery.
Roles and responsibilities will also include:

• Project is being delivered within the cost and time. 
• Keeping the site clean and safe
• Ensure the sub contractors are doing their work cleanly and with care. 
• Take deliveries.  
• Work independently & confidently. 
• Report site progress to project manager regularly. 

The Candidate
To be successful in the role you will be required to be:

• Experienced in industrial constructions
• Has had work experience in Australia
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage individuals and high-performance site teams
• Highly developed time management, scheduling, and organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Good Character
• Good Communicator 
• Confident 
• Responsible
