Our client is a fast-growing Landscape and design company working with high ends clients in Brisbane and surrounding suburbs with a focus on 70% hardscapes and 30% softscapes.
 
The Role
 
An opportunity is now available to join the Brisbane team as a Site Manager. We are looking for multiple Site Managers will be expected to lead a team. 
Responsibilities will be (and not limited to): 

• Managing, motivating, supervising, and directing site team 
• Effectively delegate and complete daily tasks 
• Efficiently manage your time. 
• Be able to present to our clients and public in a professional, polite manner and represent the company’s values. 
• Managing the works on the ground to a high quality and standard 
• Running Site meetings/Inductions and be responsible for all documentation and communication on site 
• Assisting with scheduling and timelining projects 
• Liaising and building strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs 
• Day to day management of team on the ground allocating tasks and always maintaining efficiency. 
• Running regular toolbox meetings 

The candidate
 
The successful applicant should have the following skills/experience/qualities: 

• Outstanding attention to detail landscaper with previous experience as a site manager.  
• Eager to lead and drive teams and grow with the company  
• Senior landscapers and small business owners encouraged to apply 
• Ready and willing to lead a team crew
• Driver's license
