Opportunity for a Site Manager to join a national fit out and refurb contractor on a $5million fit out project based in Brisbane CBD. This role will start in 2 weeks and will be an initial 3 month contract.
 
Candidates must have previous experience in commercial construction, preferably on fit-out projects.  
 
The Site Manager will be supporting the existing site-based team, working with a Project Manager with the primary duties to assist them day to day in managing the activities on site.  
 
The ideal person has competencies in.

• Successfully managed commercial fit-out projects  
• Procore would be an advantageous 
• Well presented with excellent communication skills 
• Experience with light civil works and excavations
• Pre-starts and toolbox talks
• Problem solver
• OH&S
