Atlas is looking for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a well-regarded commercial builder based in Bendigo. Due to a number of recently awarded projects, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager, capable of managing 2 – 3 projects at any given time.
The successful candidate will be based out of Bendigo however there is some travel associated with this role. Their pipeline is spread across North Victoria and projects typically range from $5-30M in value.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 2-3 years in a PM role with a reputable Tier 2 or 3 builder
- Delivering commercial / public projects in the past
- Will be capable of managing a team of CA’s & Site Managers across 2-3 projects.
- Strong commercial, Contractual & Constructability background.
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage on site and office based.
- Self-motivated and keen to drive business growth.
