ATLAS Recruitment are currently looking for/working with a Dynamic Fit Out firm who specialise in D&C Fit Outs in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. 70% of their work comes from Repeat Clients meaning project pipeline is consistent and secure.
    
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preconstruction planning; managing scheduling, budgeting, and resources to ensure projects launch smoothly and stay on track.
• Drive design & innovation; translating client briefs into practical, cost-effective designs that align with project constraints and regulations.
• Apply technical & commercial expertise ensuring construction methods, materials, and budgets meet quality standards while optimising costs.
• Lead communication & problem-solving acting as the key link between stakeholders, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects moving.
• Progressive Budgeting and mitigating design risks

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the commercial Fit Out space.
• Experience with Procore and Jobpac or Cheops
• University Degree
• Experience with commercial fit out projects
