Estimator – Design & Construct Projects

A leading design and construct firm is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and excellent project pipeline, this organisation manages works from concept through to completion across multiple states.

Your Role:

• Work directly with clients to ensure scope and budget alignment.
• Support the preparation of cost plans and tender submissions on projects
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for a range of projects.
• Completing quantity take-offs, preparing preliminaries, and analysing subcontractor pricing to support accurate estimates
• Collaborating closely with the team to identify opportunities, assess risks, and contribute to the development of competitive, high-quality bids

 
Requirements

• 3 years of experience in estimating, pre-construction, or contracts administration within the construction industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commercial awareness.
• Degree qualified (or near completion) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar
